Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the School Pilot platform and outline the rights and responsibilities of all users.

1. Introduction

School Pilot provides a cloud-based school management and learning platform designed to support academic, administrative, and communication processes within schools. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for registered schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and authorized users. Institutions must ensure that users accessing the system are properly authorized.

3. Subscription & Billing Policy

Certain features of School Pilot require an active subscription. Subscription plans may vary based on institution size or service level and are billed according to agreed pricing terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed through approved payment channels. Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in limited access or temporary suspension of services.


Where outstanding payments exist, School Pilot reserves the right to restrict platform access or suspend services until obligations are settled, while preserving institutional data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

5. Platform Services

School Pilot provides tools including curriculum management, assessments, analytics, communication, reporting, and administrative automation. Features may be updated or improved periodically.

6. Data Management & Privacy

Schools retain ownership of institutional data entered into the platform. School Pilot implements security safeguards to protect user data and processes information solely for service delivery purposes.

7. School Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for maintaining accurate records, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring proper use of the platform by teachers, parents and students.

8. Limitation of Liability

School Pilot shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by user negligence, or service interruptions arising from external infrastructure beyond reasonable control.

9. Termination of Service

School Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Institutions may also discontinue use subject to subscription agreements.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (a “Dispute”) shall first be submitted to mediation, administered by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) in accordance with its current Commercial Mediation Rules. The mediation shall take place in Abuja, Nigeria, and the parties shall share the costs of mediation equally.


If the Dispute is not resolved through mediation within a reasonable time, the Dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by arbitration, administered by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Abuja, Nigeria, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
