Terms & Conditions
Welcome to SchoolPilot.ng (“SchoolPilot”, “the Platform”). By accessing or using our services, schools, administrators, parents, and users agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all academic, administrative, financial, and operational activities conducted on the Platform.
Schools must be registered institutions recognized by relevant educational authorities. Users must have proper authorization from their school to access the Platform.
All partner schools are required to pay a termly subscription fee of ₦5,000 per student, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
SchoolPilot may grant free or promotional access at its discretion. Such an arrangement:
Must be documented in writing.
Will automatically transition into the standard billing plan upon expiration if usage continues.
If a school continues to use the Platform for activities such as exams, results, report cards, fee payments, communications, or administration without a signed agreement, such usage is deemed acceptance of:
The standard subscription fee.
All terms published on SchoolPilot.ng.
Any school using the Platform within a term agrees to be billed for the entire term based on the standard pricing unless an alternative arrangement is agreed to in writing.
Payments must be made promptly as invoiced.
Late or outstanding payments may result in account suspension.
All financial disputes must be reported within 7 working days.
SchoolPilot provides tools for:
Academic management
Student information management
Result computation
E‑payments & fee management
Communication and reporting
Administrative automation
SchoolPilot reserves the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any feature.
Schools retain ownership of their data.
SchoolPilot ensures secure handling, storage, and processing of information.
Data may not be shared with third parties except when legally required or explicitly authorized.
Schools must:
Provide accurate information.
Ensure staff and parents comply with these terms.
Maintain responsible usage of the Platform.
SchoolPilot is not responsible for:
Network failure outside its infrastructure.
Misuse of the platform by users.
Errors resulting from inaccurate data provided by the school.
SchoolPilot may suspend or terminate access if:
Payment obligations are not met.
Terms of use are violated.
Schools may terminate usage with 30 days’ notice.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (a “Dispute”) shall first be submitted to mediation, administered by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) in accordance with its current Commercial Mediation Rules. The mediation shall take place in Abuja, Nigeria, and the parties shall share the costs of mediation equally.
If the Dispute is not resolved through mediation within a reasonable time, the Dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by arbitration, administered by the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Abuja, Nigeria, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
